How does it work?
The Sonno team reviews, qualifies and selects properties that meet or exceed our profitability, occupancy and quality benchmarks.
Our team submits an offer on the property with a 7-day due diligence period to ensure the legal integrity of each property.
Once approved, we calculate and add the furniture and renovation cost to the purchase price.

Each Sonno Home is then shared with our network, email list and referral partners.
Once a partner selects a property, we acquire the property through a joint-venture vehicle. We take care of setup and operations.
That's it! Enjoy profit-share for life. Rental profits are shared on the 15th of every month. Please allow up to 60 days for your first payment.
